I am a Ph.D. Student, and while my degree will not be in astronomy, I've always had a deep fascination with space. When I was in grade school, my parents would take me to the local university's planetarium, and I always asked lots of questions and was amazed by the beauty and sheer massiveness of the universe above. I used to get so engrossed in the shows and ask so many questions that the astronomers called me The Question Girl! I have always dreamed of flying into space and seeing our world from above, but I never thought it possible. Then I read about your competition; being chosen to fly into space would be fulfilling a lifelong dream for me, and I could be useful to the others due to my background in neuroscience! Anyone suffering anxiety, altitude sickness, etc, I could potentially recognize and offer advice and perhaps care for.
So Metro, please choose me to fly into space! Help "The Question Girl" finally get some answers!
