  I have dreamt of going to space since starlight first streamed into my telescope. Growing up I spent years searching through books filled with big ideas to knock my socks off. I have shared my passion with others and discovered a new one in teaching. For example I recently made a video on Relativity. It took over 3,000 photos of hand drawn chalk murals in time lapse to animate Einstein’s discoveries (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WC_OLZd0EUg). I still live science; currently enrolled in my fourth year of a physics & math degree at NEU in Boston. To balance school I enjoy physical challenges, I am training for the Tough Mudder, a 12 mile team obstacle course. I believe every human in history has imagined going to space. My instinctive desire to see the earth from above connects to a fundamental human yearning. Curiosity drives us to hurdle into the unknown for a chance of learning a deeper truth about our world. If chosen I will be thrilled to fly, learn, and share every second.
